Hildreth, Neb., Sept. 27 - The sixteen-year-old son of Thomas Osterbuhr, living southeast of town, was thrown from a horse and killed almost instantly. He was driving the cattle up fro the pasture and a cow fell directly in front of his horse. His horse stumbled over the cow, pitching the boy over its head. Striking with terrible force on the hard ground the boy was rendered unconscious and died before he could be carried to the house.
